目前普遍采用的锂电池隔膜生产工艺,是以聚乙烯(PE)或聚丙烯(PP)为原料,采用“干法”或“湿法”工艺处理,并通过单向拉伸或双向拉伸,最终制得符合锂电池需求的隔膜产品。
据专家介绍,国产隔膜产品与国外差距有很大程度上取决于原材料。国外知名隔膜厂家都有自己的专用料,要么自己生产原料,要么和原料厂家联合开发生产隔膜专用料。
锂电池隔膜聚烯烃专用料的生产已得到国内聚烯烃生产企业的重视。2010年8月,扬子石化公司自主研发的锂电池隔膜用聚丙烯专用料PPH-F02-H成功实现了工业化生产。经检测,专用料各项指标均达到设计要求,完全符合质量标准,填补了国内空白。
中国石化扬子石化研究院的研究人员深入调研锂电池隔膜生产厂家对原料的要求,通过对现有原料的分析,结合厂家成型和产品应用实际情况,对锂电池隔膜专用料的开发进行了可行性分析,明确了专用料的结构和性能指标,在扬子石化公司聚丙烯生产装置上成功生产锂电池隔膜用聚丙烯专用料。此外,2011年4月,中国石油兰州石化公司也成功实现锂电池隔膜专用料生产。
在国产聚烯烃专用料的助力下,中国锂电池隔膜的国产化工作已经取得一定进展,并开始向高端产品进军。
由亚化咨询主办2012中国锂电隔膜研讨会将于6月18-19日在深圳召开,来自中国石化扬子石化公司的专家将出席会议,并做题为“锂电隔膜用国产聚烯烃专用料开发进展”的大会报告。

ASIACHEM: Domestic Polyolefin Special Materials Support LIB Separator Localization
Commonly used lithium battery (LIB) separator production processes are based on polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP) as raw materials, via "dry" or "wet" process, and through one or bi-orientations stretCh, ultimately produced the products meet the LIB requirements.
ACCORDing to the industrial experts, the differences between domestic and overseas separator products mainly depend on the raw materials. The well-known foreign separator producers have their own resin, or raw materials, or jointly produce the separator special materials with raw materials manufacturers.
The special materials of LIB separator has been emphasized by the domestic polyolefin manufacturers. In August 2010, the LIB separator Polypropylene (PPH-F02-H), which is self-developed Sinopec Yangzi Petrochemical Company – has been successfully put into industrial production. After testing, the specifications meet the design requirements and the quality standarDS. It means the localization of the polyolefin special materials of LIB separator.
The researchers from Sinopec Yangzi Petrochemical Institute have studied the requirement of LIB Separator manufacturer, through the analysis of existing raw materials, combined with the factory molding and product application of the actual situation, the feasibility of the development of the lithium battery separator compound, they knew and performance of the compound for polypropylene production unit, and produced lithium battery separator polypropylene in Yangzi Petrochemical Company successfully. Furthermore, since April 2011, PetroChina Lanzhou Petrochemical Company has successfully produced lithium battery separator special materials.
Supporting by the domestic produced polyolefin special materials, the localization of the lithium battery separator has made some progress, and began to enter the high-end products fields.
On Jun. 18-19, ASIACHEM will organize the “2012 China LIB Separator Conference” in Shenzhen. On the upcoming event, the expert from Sinopec Yangzi Petrochemical Company will deliver a presentation on “LIB Separator used Domestic Polyolefin Special Materials Update”.
